Roxanna June is our Playmate of the Month for October 2014, and sheâs the picture of old Hollywood glamour in this set from photographer Sasha Eisenman. Tall and slim, with brown hair, blue eyes and a pair of full lips, our Miss October has what the French call a certain je ne sais quoi. âI was an artsy kid,â says Roxanna. âI was into writing and theater, and I got into modeling when I was sixteen. Iâve been a Playboy fan for a long, long time, and Iâm so excited to be a new Playmate!â Duly, Eisenman and his team set Roxanna up in the lap of luxury. âWe shot my pictorial in an old Hollywood manor,â she says. âTotally my vibe. I loved the hair, makeup and clothes â Sashaâs team made me look so glamorous!â With a face and body like Roxannaâs, it didnât take much. Sheâs a classic American beauty â by way of Canada, of course. âI loved growing up in Canada, but if you want to make it big, you have to choose â New York or Los Angeles,â she explains. âI chose Los Angeles because it was sunny!â She made the right choice â and we think we did, too. âNow that Iâm a Playmate, my life is going to change for the better,â she says. âMy goals are to be happy and successful, and I think that being Miss October is a great start!â
